Terms and conditions

These Terms govern your use of services provided by Redwood Construction, owned and operated by Johnathan Stanley. By using our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to them in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services provided

Redwood Construction offers general contracting and construction-related services including, but not limited to:

• Residential and commercial building
• Remodeling and renovations
• Roofing, painting, and maintenance services
• Consultation and project management

Scope, pricing, and timelines are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal for each client.

2. Estimates and payments

• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
• A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required before work begins.
• Final payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur additional charges and interest as allowed by Georgia law.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide access to the project site as needed
• Disclose known issues or hazards that may affect the work
• Make timely payments per the agreed terms
• Maintain communication throughout the project

4. Project timeline

We make every effort to complete projects on time. Delays may occur due to weather, unforeseen site conditions, supplier issues, or other events beyond our control. Schedule changes will be communicated promptly.

5. Warranties & disclaimers

We may provide limited warranties on workmanship and materials as specified in individual contracts. We do not guarantee:

• The performance of third-party products or materials
• Any work altered or repaired by others after project completion

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

6. Liability

Redwood Construction will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damages arising from client-supplied materials or instructions
• Issues beyond our control, including natural disasters and acts of God

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services rendered.

7. Cancellation & termination

Either party may cancel a service agreement with written notice. Depending on timing and progress, the client may be responsible for payment for work completed and materials purchased up to the cancellation date.

8. Intellectual property

Any drawings, designs, or plans we create remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here or communicated directly, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
